Return & Refund Policy

7-Day Return & Refund Policy

At The Golden Frequency by Kemi King, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. Eligible physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Customers must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery to request a return. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

For health, hygiene, energetic, and safety reasons, the following purchases are non-refundable and final sale:

• Spiritual products, personalized spiritual items, spiritual work, readings, rituals, consultations, or similar offerings
• Transformational services, including HypnoReiki, Reiki, coaching, spiritual counseling, intuitive guidance, packages, programs, sessions, and other service-based offerings
• Opened, used, tested, sampled, worn, or otherwise handled products from our Beauty, Healing & Wellness collections
• Personalized, customized, made-to-order, or specially prepared products
• Digital products, downloadable materials, courses, guides, or other electronically delivered content once access or delivery has been provided
• Gift cards and items specifically marked as final sale

For eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error on our part.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order information and clear photographs so we can assist you.

By purchasing from The Golden Frequency by Kemi King, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

Please note: Results from spiritual, holistic, wellness, coaching, Reiki, HypnoReiki, intuitive, and transformational services can vary from person to person due to a variety of factors. While we are grateful for the many positive experiences, reviews, and testimonials shared by our clients, individual experiences may differ. Purchasing a service does not guarantee a particular personal, spiritual, emotional, relationship, financial, health, or other outcome.
